Medication Reviewsmedication1

In order for us to monitor your health to the best of our ability we need to review everyone on a repeat medication on a annual basis to ensure that the medication is still suitable for you and that you are compliant with it. You will often notice 'Medication Review' written on the right side of your prescription, when you see it written their or a member of staff informs you that you are due for review please book in to see a GP or the Nurse Practitioner. Or when ordering your prescription one of the reception team may invite you personally to attend for a review and will arrange a suitably convenient appointment whilst you are on the phone. If you are on inhalers alone please speak to the nurse during your asthma clinic appointment who can review your inhalers.
